Accomplishment: Counseled a Washington-based company conducting marine salvage of a Spanish galleon that sank in 1601 off Rota in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. I assured that salvage operations maintained compliance with all federal and CNMI laws and regulations - and actively participated in underwater salvage of the ship.
